Job summary

BeeKind ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA sessions in homes, schools, and community settings in Griffin, GA. Sessions run Tue-Fri from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, with part-time or potential full-time opportunities offering competitive pay and benefits.

You will collect data, write detailed notes, and support children aged 2-16 while collaborating with families and the BeeKind team. No weekend work.

Qualifications

• 40 hour training with ability to discuss ABA content and display of critical thinking skills.
• Valid RBT certification.
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional.
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes.
• Comfort working in various settings and with different clients + previous in-home experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
• Collect data during each session to track progress and write detailed session notes.
• Help monitor and communicate client progress to families and supervisors.
