Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one state.
• Current MD or DO physician.
• Multistate licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide In-Home Health Evaluations at patients' homes.
• Travel locally to visit health plan members and conduct virtual visits as needed.
• Use iPad with clinical workflow to perform evaluations without altering current regimens.
• Provide Diagnostic & Preventive Services as indicated by health plan.
