Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, seeks a Per Diem Physician to provide in-home health evaluations, visiting members in their homes and bridging gaps in care. The role involves flexible local travel and occasional virtual visits, using an iPad and clinical workflow.

You’ll perform reviews and may conduct diagnostics as directed by health plans. Ideal candidates hold active MD/DO licenses, with multi-state licenses preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses (preferred).
• MDs and DOs must hold current, valid medical licenses in relevant states.

• Work with Signify Health as a clinician colleague, fulfilling the requirements of the specified role

• Conduct virtual visits as needed
• Provide all Signify Health services as indicated including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products (i.e., spirometry, DEE, bone density screening, etc.)
