Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part Time Physician to provide in-home health evaluations, engaging with people in the comfort of their own homes.

You’ll perform medication and history reviews, a physical exam, and coordinate with health plans to connect patients with the right care. Travel locally and within licensed states as needed; virtual visits may be conducted.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in coverage area(s).
• MD or DO degree required.
• Willingness to travel locally and within licensed states.
