Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part Time Physician to provide In-Home Health Evaluations, engaging with people in the comfort of their own homes and helping bridge gaps in care.

The visit lasts about 45 minutes and includes a medication/history review, physical evaluation, and potential additional tests as ordered by the health plan. You will travel locally, conduct virtual visits as needed, and join a national clinician network.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted MD or DO license in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses are preferred.
