Qualifications

• Must hold a valid license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Experience delivering outpatient rehab in home settings is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Attends and contributes to patient care and meetings under the direction of the physical therapist.
• Adheres to treatment schedules and completes clinical and billing documentation.
• Collaborates with rehab team to implement patient programs and activities.
• Instructs patients and families in therapy techniques under supervision.
• Maintains timely documentation for all treated patients.
• Cleans and reports equipment needs and performs related duties.
