Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a valid PTA license in the state(s) of practice.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Attends and contributes to patient care conferences under the supervision of the physical therapist.
• Adheres to the treatment schedule and completes timely clinical and billing documentation.
• Works with the rehabilitation team to implement programs based on patient needs.
• Acts as an assistant to the PT during tests, evaluations, and procedures.
• Instructs patients and caregivers in PT techniques under PT supervision.
