Job summary

The position offers a flexible schedule within Powerback’s outpatient in-home model, with full‑time responsibilities and a $3,000 bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid license in the state(s) of practice.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to patients’ residences.

Responsibilities

• Attends and contributes to patient care, staffing conferences, and required meetings as a representative of physical therapy under the supervision of the PT.
• Maintains timely documentation for all patients treated and adheres to schedule and billing requirements.
• Implements patient‑specific treatment plans and provides outpatient rehabilitation services in home or facility settings.
• Provides instruction to patients, families, and caregivers on rehabilitation techniques under PT supervision.
