Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our home health team in Baytown, TX. This full-time role offers meaningful patient care in the comfort of patients' homes, promoting independence and mobility.

The right candidate will hold a graduate degree in Physical Therapy, maintain an active Texas license, and bring strong communication skills to educate patients and families while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. PRN opportunities may be available.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Physical Therapist license is required.
• Professional liability insurance coverage for Texas PT license is required.
• Graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Home health or rehabilitative experience is preferred.
• Ability to adapt care approaches to individual patients.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment techniques and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients in a home health setting and develop treatment plans.
• Provide interventions including therapeutic exercise, gait training, and manual therapy.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to maximize outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Document evaluations and progress notes using digital platforms.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists.
