PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our home health team in Tomball, TX. This role focuses on helping patients regain movement and reduce pain in the comfort of their homes, with patient-centered and evidence-based care.

You will evaluate, treat, and educate across interdisciplinary teams, while maintaining accurate digital documentation and flexible scheduling. Join a supportive environment that prioritizes independence and quality of life for patients.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Physical Therapist license.
• Graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings preferred.
• Evidence-based treatment techniques knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients' physical abilities in a home health setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function.
• Provide therapeutic interventions including exercise, gait training, manual therapy, and balance retraining.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes using digital platforms.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists.
• Conduct home safety assessments and make recommendations to prevent falls or re-injury.
• Deliver compassionate care while empowering patients to achieve greater independence.
