TheraCare is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a Full-Time home health opportunity serving adult and geriatric patients in South Dallas, Lancaster, DeSoto, Duncanville, TX and surrounding areas.

You will provide one-on-one in-home PT, create and update personalized care plans, and use evidence-based techniques to improve mobility, safety, and independence in patients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Perform home health physical therapy evaluations and re-evaluations, including OASIS assessments, for adult and geriatric patients.
