Job summary

Beyond Home Health Care in New Jersey seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver in-home PT services to adults with developmental disabilities. You will evaluate mobility, strength, balance, gait, and movement, then implement person-centered interventions to maximize independence and community participation.

We offer a flexible, self-directed schedule with mileage considerations, direct deposit, and prompt weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey PT license (NJ State Board).
• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program (DPT or equivalent).
• Minimum of one year clinical experience preferred; new graduates considered.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Clean background check and fingerprinting per NJ DDD requirements.
• Reliable transportation and valid NJ driver’s license.
• Ability to pass DDD background checks including CRoff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with ISP goals.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy services in home and community settings.
• Document services per DDD standards, including session and progress notes.
• Collaborate with support coordinators, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide caregiver training and home programs to reinforce goals.
