Job summary

BrightStar Care – Concord, Lexington & Woburn seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home therapy, improving strength, balance and safety for homebound clients. This part-time/per diem role offers flexible scheduling and visits primarily in your preferred local area.

Qualified candidates hold an MA PT license (DPT/MPT preferred), CPR certification, and a reliable vehicle. New grads welcome and local mileage may be reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Active MA PT license.
• DPT or MPT from an accredited program.
• CPR certification.
• 1+ year of experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home PT evaluations and create personalized care plans.
• Provide skilled PT interventions to enhance strength, balance, mobility, and safety.
• Educate clients and families on exercises and home safety.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Document care using mobile-friendly EMR.
