Job summary

BrightStar Care – Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver in-home PT services and create personalized care plans for clients in the Boston area. This part-time/per diem role offers flexibility and meaningful patient impact.

You will perform evaluations, provide interventions to improve strength, balance, mobility, and safety, educate on exercises for home safety, and document care using a mobile EMR.

Qualifications

• Active MA PT license.
• DPT or MPT from an accredited program.
• CPR certification.
• 1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome).
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home PT evaluations and create personalized care plans.
• Provide skilled PT interventions to enhance strength, balance, mobility, and safety.
• Educate clients and families on exercises and home safety.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Document care using mobile-friendly EMR.
