Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation To You is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver outpatient rehabilitation in home settings across Lowell, Tyngsboro, Dracut, and surrounding areas in MA. The role emphasizes patient-centered care with flexible in-home visits for older adults, promoting independence and functional recovery.

Applicants should hold a PT license, have a master’s degree in PT (or equivalent qualification), and be prepared for a part-time schedule with a $3,000 bonus as noted.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy required; or a Master's in a related field plus Bachelor's in PT.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of progressive PT experience also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in home-based settings for older adults.
• Assess needs, develop and deliver PT programs to restore and enhance function.
• Educate patients and caregivers; coordinate with rehab team to address comprehensive needs.
• Document clinical and billing information in a timely manner; adhere to schedule.
• Supervise PT assistants and support personnel as needed; ensure safety and equipment maintenance.
