Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver in-home outpatient therapy to older adults in Westfield, MA. The role offers a $3,000 bonus and a flexible schedule, with opportunities from part-time to full-time depending on need.

You'll evaluate and treat patients in their homes or in independent living facilities, developing individualized therapy programs and coordinating with the rehab team to maximize functional recovery.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of PT experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to and from patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation in home or independent living settings.
• Develop and deliver physical therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation.
• Instruct and educate patients and caregivers for independence.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team to select appropriate therapeutic regimens.
• Adapt plans of care to patient needs and safety.
