Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist in Beverly, MA to provide outpatient in-home rehabilitation services to older adults, leveraging a flexible schedule across patient homes and community settings.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, designing therapy programs, and coordinating with the rehab team. A valid PT license, advanced degree in PT, and state eligibility are required; a $5,000 bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master's in PT-related field plus Bachelor's in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor's plus 5 years PT experience.
• Foreign PT degree must be evaluated to US equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in in-home settings for older adults.
• Evaluate, plan and implement individualized physical therapy programs.
• supervise PT assistants and students as required by state licensure.
• Coordinate with rehabilitation team and refer to other disciplines as needed.
• Document treatment plans and progress; ensure timely billing and scheduling.
