Job summary

BrightStar Care – Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver in-home care that restores strength, balance and independence for clients in their own homes.

As a part-time/per diem PT, you’ll perform in-home evaluations, craft personalized plans, provide interventions to improve mobility and safety, and educate clients and families. A reliable vehicle and MA license are required; new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• MA PT license required.
• DPT or MPT from an accredited program.
• CPR certification required.
• 1+ year of experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home PT evaluations and create personalized care plans.
• Provide skilled PT interventions to enhance strength, balance, mobility, and safety.
• Educate clients and families on exercises and home safety; collaborate with the care team.
• Document care using mobile-friendly EMR.

Skills

Active MA PT license

DPT or MPT

CPR certified

1+ year experience preferred
