Job summary

Amedisys is seeking a Physical Therapist to help patients maintain, restore and improve movement in home health settings across Georgia. You will perform interventions, reexaminations and discharge planning to support patients in healing at home.

This full-time role offers competitive pay ($122k–$153k annually), comprehensive medical plans, PTO, retirement benefits and family support. Prior home health experience preferred; licensure and CPR required.

Qualifications

• Must hold current PT license for the state of assignment (GA or applicable state).
• Graduate from CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Minimum of 1 year of home health PT experience, or regional leadership approval for less than 1 year.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Help patients maintain, restore, and improve movement and function.
• Provide interventions, conduct reexaminations every 30 days, modify plans as needed, and perform discharge planning.
• Other duties as assigned.
