Amedisys is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join the home health team in Georgia. You will provide PT services under supervision, monitor patient progress, and document care in the medical record while supporting wellness and prevention efforts at patients' homes.

Eligible candidates hold a CAPTE-accredited PTA program certificate and current PTA license, with CPR certification. Flexible, full-time hours with comprehensive benefits are offered.

Formación

• Current license to practice as a PTA in the assigned state.
• Graduate from CAPTE-accredited PTA program.

Responsabilidades

• Provides physical therapy services under the direction of a supervising PT.
• Observes and reports patient response to treatment and changes in condition.
• Maintains patient records and documents supervisory activities.
• Participates in care conferences and quality improvement activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
