Job summary

Amedisys is seeking a PRN Days Physical Therapist to help patients maintain, restore and improve movement at home across Covington, GA. You will perform assessments, develop plans of care, and provide skilled therapy in the home with flexible scheduling.

You must hold an active PT license in Georgia, CAPTE-accredited education, and CPR certification. Prior home health experience is preferred and mentoring is available if needed. Amedisys offers competitive pay, benefits, and supportive resources.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the assigned state.
• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited PT education program.

Responsibilities

• Help patients maintain, restore and improve movement, activity and function.
• Provide interventions, conduct reexaminations (every 30 days at minimum), modify interventions as needed, and perform discharge planning.
• Other duties as assigned.
