Job summary

Qualifications

• Active clinical license and proof of licensure as required by state laws.
• BLS certification or equivalent life support training.
• National certification where required if state licensure is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and basic diagnostic services in patient homes.
• Perform diabetic retina imaging, ECGs, and other point‑of‑care assessments.
• Capture data using mobile devices and HIPAA‑compliant messaging for coordination.
• Maintain patient safety, documentation and timely sample transport as needed.
