Job summary

Sprinter Health is transforming home-based care by enabling clinicians to deliver preventive and diagnostic services at patients’ homes across the country. Nurses, phlebotomists, and medical assistants provide a range of services including venipuncture, retina imaging, ECGs, and more with a patient-first approach.

Team members are expected to work autonomously, stay compassionate, and continuously update their skills to incorporate evidence-based practices while ensuring the highest quality care.

Qualifications

• State licensure and/or proof of training required.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• Vaccination status or immunity recommended.

Responsibilities

• Ensure supplies and PPE are prepared for each patient visit.
• Access daily schedule via mobile app and travel to patient homes.
• Provide patient-facing care with empathy and strong communication.
• Perform phlebotomy, ECGs, retina imaging, and other services as trained.
• Label samples and coordinate with labs for timely processing.
