Job summary

Sprinter Health is hiring full-time nurses, phlebotomists or medical assistants to deliver preventative care and diagnostic services in patients' homes. You will apply your medical expertise to support care directly where patients live, with training provided for new services such as diabetic retina imaging, ECGs, and digital stethoscope examinations.

Ideal candidates have venipuncture experience, high reliability and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

Maintain professional, confidential patient care with empathy and integrity.
Willing to adapt to a fast-paced home-care environment and solve problems on the fly.
Comfort with mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-compliant communications.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

Provide preventative and diagnostic home-care services, including venipuncture and specimen collection.
Capture diabetic retina images, perform ECGs and other non-invasive tests.
Access schedules via digital tools and travel to patient homes independently.
Label samples and coordinate lab drop-off; maintain patient comfort and privacy.
