Job summary

Sprinter Health is seeking dynamic full-time nurses, phlebotomists or medical assistants to provide preventative and diagnostic care in patients’ homes. Training will introduce services like diabetic retina imaging, ECGs, and digital stethoscope use.

Successful candidates bring venipuncture experience, reliability, professionalism and a strong commitment to patient service. You will operate autonomously, advancing your skills with evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• State licensure and/or proof of training required.
• National certification for states without licensure requirements.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Proof of completion of course/program or certification as applicable.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Current vehicle insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Begin each day with proper supplies and PPE for patient care.
• Access schedules via mobile technology and visit patient homes.
• Establish warm, professional connections with diverse patients.
• Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, diabetic screening, retina exams, ECGs and related services.
• Label samples correctly and coordinate lab drop-off or shipping.
