Job summary

Sprinter Health is seeking dynamic full-time nurses, phlebotomists or medical assistants for in-home preventative care and diagnostic services. Roles include performing phlebotomy, ECGs, retina imaging, and more, with training provided for new services.

Successful candidates will have prior venipuncture experience and demonstrate reliability, compassion, and strong customer service. Candidates must be comfortable working autonomously and traveling to patient homes.

Qualifications

• Licensed or certified healthcare professional (RN, LPN, phlebotomist, medical assistant)
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused
• Able to travel to patient homes using own vehicle
• Excellent communication and professionalism
• Comfortable with autonomous work and last-minute scheduling

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home preventative care and diagnostic services (phlebotomy, ECGs, retina imaging, vitals)
• Capture samples and manage specimen labeling and transport
• Use mobile devices for charting and care coordination
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant communication and documentation
• Provide compassionate patient care with a focus on quality and safety
