Job summary

Sprinter Health is redefining home-based care by deploying clinicians to patients' homes for preventive and diagnostic services. This role welcomes nurses, phlebotomists or medical assistants who will perform phlebotomy, ECGs, retina imaging, and other services using portable equipment with a patient‑first approach.

Candidates should have venipuncture experience, strong customer service commitment, and comfort working independently in patients' homes.

Technologically savvy and comfortable using tools such as mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination.
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Reliable transportation as you will be using your own vehicle to travel to patient homes.
Ability to physically access and navigate patient homes including stairs and carrying up to 25 pounds.
Pass national background check, DMV check, valid clinical license search.

Responsibilities

Prepare supplies and PPE for daily patient visits.
Access schedule via technology and travel to patient homes.
Build warm connections and collect information for services.
Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, retina exams, ECGs and related services.
Label samples properly and arrange drop-off to lab.
