Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold state licensure and/or proof of training for clinical practice.
• National certification required in states without licensure requirements.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Proof of completion of course/program or certification based on licensure level.
• Valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in home settings including preventive care and diagnostic services.
• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection.
• Capture data using mobile devices and HIPAA-secure messaging for care coordination.
• Maintain professional, compassionate interactions with patients and families.
• Adhere to evidence-based practices and ensure patient safety during visits.
