Job summary

Sprinter Health is transforming care delivery by bringing high-quality services directly into patients' homes across the United States. Nurses, phlebotomists, or medical assistants will perform preventative and diagnostic services, including phlebotomy, ECGs, and diabetic retina imaging, while maintaining compassionate, patient-centered care.

You will work autonomously with a focus on safety, quality, and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• State licensure and/or proof of training required
• National certification for states without licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proof of completion of course/program or certification as per licensure level
• Valid Driver’s License
• Current Vehicle Insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive care and diagnostic services in patients' homes.
• Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, retina imaging, and ECGs.
• Label samples correctly and coordinate drop-off to the lab or facility.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant charting and care coordination communications.
• Travel to patient homes using own vehicle; operate autonomously with high quality standards.
