Job summary

Terminix is hiring a Pest Control Consultant to sell residential pest management and provide a customer-focused experience that protects homes and families.

You will be the local face of our national brand, collaborating with service teams, generating proposals, and driving sales through trusted relationships within your territory.

This role requires strong communication, up-to-date knowledge of products, and willingness to travel; benefits start on day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within territory.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions to residential customers.
• Collaborate with our Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve issues and upsell enhancements to household services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and share with the team.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain daily activities and sales performance in the CRM.
