Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach. You will represent our national brand in local communities and assess customer needs to recommend effective pest control solutions.

Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, developing proposals to resolve issues, and following up on proposals to close sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license from your current state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience preferred.
• 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience preferred.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and develop proposals.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clear customer understanding.
