Job summary

MaineTouch LLC is seeking Personal Support Specialists (PSS) to provide in-home non-medical care for adults and seniors in their homes. No prior experience required; training and ongoing support are provided. You will work independently in client homes according to each client’s plan of care and MaineTouch guidelines.

Positions offer flexible day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts with opportunities for career growth in Maine’s home-care field, including CRMA, CNA, DSP, and nursing pathways.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and dependable individual with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in client homes with supervision.
• Willingness to learn and follow each client's plan of care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care).
• Support mobility and transfers.
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, and linens.
