Job summary

MaineTouch LLC is hiring Personal Support Specialists (PSS) to provide in-home non-medical care for adults and seniors. Start with no experience required; training and ongoing support are offered.

Roles offer full-time and part-time positions with day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts where applicable. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks, mobility, light housekeeping, and companionship, while ensuring safety and dignity in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Non-medical in-home care focused on safety and independence.
• Training provided; no experience required to start.
• Certification within 60 days is supported.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Support mobility and transfers using safe practices.
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and errands per plan.
• Provide companionship and support daily routines.
• Observe changes and report to supervisor promptly.
• Follow the client's service plan and complete documentation.
