Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state-issued professional licensure.
• Valid state driver license and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical evaluation and treatment of pediatric patients in home health settings.
• Coordinate care with families, caregivers, and office staff.
• Maintain progress notes and manage therapy plans.
• Refer to appropriate services when needed and update records.
• Follow policies, participate in QA activities, and stay compliant.
