Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric speech therapy in patients' homes. You will evaluate, treat, and coach families to reinforce communication skills.

Responsibilities include screenings, evaluations, progress documentation, coordinating with care teams, maintaining equipment, and participating in QA and continuing education. The role emphasizes mentorship, collaboration, and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current state-issued professional licensure is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Valid state driver license is required.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical speech therapy to pediatric patients in home health settings.
• Educate and coach families to reinforce communication skills.
• Conduct screenings and evaluations of language, articulation, and related areas.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain documentation of progress and treatment plans.
• Manage caseload with appropriate productivity.
• Participate in QAPI and continuing education activities.
• Mentor students and new hires when needed.
