Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is a therapist-operated home health company providing pediatric therapy in the comfort of patients' homes. We are seeking to immediately hire a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver speech therapy and mentor families, while promoting work-life balance.

The licensed SLP will evaluate, organize, and conduct medically prescribed therapy for pediatric patients and collaborate with caregivers to reinforce progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state-issued professional licensure.
• Valid state driver license.
• CPR certified.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical speech therapy to pediatric patients in home health setting.
• Screenings and evaluations, direct treatment, and family training.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patient and family regarding progress and home programs.
• Refer patients and family members to appropriate services.
• Consult with physician on patient progress and maintain records.
• Maintain supplies and participate in QA and education activities.
• Maintain an adequate caseload and productivity.
