Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring a Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-home physical therapy for pediatric patients in Del Valle, TX and surrounding areas.

You will work under a supervising therapist to implement treatment plans, help children improve mobility, balance, and strength, and educate families on home exercise programs. We offer flexible full-time and part-time opportunities within a supportive, clinician-led team.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license (Texas) required.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on Physical Therapy interventions under the direction of a supervising therapist
• Implement established Physical Therapy treatment plans for pediatric patients
• Support children in improving mobility, balance, coordination, and functional independence
• Assist with therapeutic exercises and activities that promote development and strength
• Educate families and caregivers on home exercise programs and carryover
• Monitor and report patient progress to supervising therapist
• Coordinate care with the clinical team
• Document all Physical Therapy services in an electronic medical record system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
