Job summary

Encompass Child Development Center in Snoqualmie, WA seeks a Pediatric Physical Therapist (Birth-3) to provide in-home ESIT services to infants and toddlers. You will partner with families to support functional development in natural environments, delivering parent coaching and transdisciplinary care.

The role involves 30-40 hours/week, with 52-week year approximation, mileage reimbursement, and full-time benefits including medical, dental/vision, 401K matching, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with WA licensure.
• CPR/First Aid and bloodborne pathogens training within 90 days of hire.
• Infant/child and pediatric care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized goals and progress reports for children.
• Complete daily treatment notes, evaluation reports, and billing.
• Provide family-centered, parent coaching during home visits.
• Collaborate with a transdisciplinary ESIT team to support development.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate records.
