Job summary

Children's Therapy Center is seeking an experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our ESIT team in Kent, Washington. The ideal candidate will have expertise in early childhood development, sensory processing, and play‑based therapy, with NDT certification a plus.

This onsite, full-time role focuses on family-centered services for infants and toddlers. The OT will collaborate with families to implement IFSPs, provide coaching in diverse environments, and support equitable, culturally

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Must have or obtain an OT license in the State of Washington.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification, required.
• Strong communication skills across oral, written and non-verbal modes.

Responsibilities

• Participate on a multi-disciplinary ESIT team to conduct family-centered screenings and evaluations.
• Educate caregivers on child development across cultures and communities.
• Provide coaching to families in home, natural environment or telehealth contexts.
• Assist with IFSP development and implementation with family input and collaboration.
• Collaborate with community partners and ESIT team to meet family needs.
• Attend team meetings, staffing, and in-service activities; participate in peer coaching.
