Formación

• Trauma-informed approach to support healthy family development.
• Must have vehicle and be able to transport clients.
• Applicants must be 21 years or older.

Responsabilidades

• Provide program intake and initial visit.
• Monthly reporting on service delivery and communication with the provider agency.
• Meet with families in home or in the community according to goals.
• Documentation and necessary paperwork for all case activity.
• Evening hours are required.
