Job summary

Bethany Christian Services in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Homebuilders Specialist to deliver intensive in-home services to families at risk of separation. You will conduct clinical and strength-based assessments, coordinate with families and referents, and monitor progress toward safety and stability of the home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field with 2+ years' experience working with children and families.
• Master's degree in Social Work or related field with experience working with children and families is also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home services per HOMEBUILDERS standards to families at risk of separation.
• Conduct data collection and timely reporting of case progress.
• Offer client-interactive assessments focusing on strengths and behaviors.
• Collaborate with family members to develop intervention goals and service plans.
• Advocate for clients and provide transportation as needed to meet goals.
• Maintain clear documentation and submit weekly production reports.
