Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field and two years’ experience in a Human Services profession.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Current driver’s license and ability to travel for work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enrollment and provide services to mothers referred by CYS.
• Create and update a Plan of Safe Care in collaboration with the mother.
• Assess infant’s safety and monitor developmental stages.
