Lifesteps, Inc. in Beaver, PA, is seeking a full-time Family Support Advocate (Specialist).

The role coordinates enrollment and provides services to mothers referred by Children and Youth Services in Beaver County, with a focus on safeguarding infants and supporting families. The position involves creating a Plan of Safe Care, assessing infant safety and development, and offering guidance and referrals to promote positive outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate information to diverse audiences.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Current driver’s license and ability to travel using a personal vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate enrollment and provide services to mothers referred by CYS in Beaver County.
• Create and update Plan of Safe Care in collaboration with the mother.
• Assess infant safety and monitor developmental stages.
• Offer guidance, education and referrals to parents to achieve positive outcomes.
