Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel to client homes throughout Hudson County.
• Two years' of supervised work experience with young children and parents.
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home support and case management to new caregivers and expectant caregivers.
• Maintain regular, long-term relationships with participating families.
• Deliver culturally competent, family-centered, strength-based services.
• Engage and establish trusting relationships with all client populations.
• Assist in strengthening the parent-child relationship and parenting practices.
• Identify family needs and coordinate referrals to supportive agencies and events.
• Participate in supervision and adhere to program policies as required.
