Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Parent Aide/Educator to support children and families in New Hampshire. The role reports to the Clinical Supervisor and serves as a liaison for the treatment team, clients, families, and collateral providers.

Positions are available NOW throughout New Hampshire. The schedule requires early evenings and some on-call duties; transportation of clients and collaboration with DCYF are core responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 4+ years experience in home or community settings.
• Associates degree with 2+ years experience in home or community settings preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
• Access to high-speed internet required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains assigned caseload and ensures proper in-home services per DCYF referrals.
• Collaborates with DCYF to develop treatment plans and attend meetings.
• Documents assessments and reports.
• Provides parent education and supervised visitation to children, adults, and families.
• Coordinates with DCYF, NH courts, schools, and other service providers.
• Assesses client risk and consults with supervisor on safety concerns.
• Transit of clients including car seat/booster seat installation.
• On-call rotation for family support.
• Documents all clinical contacts in the Electronic Health System.

Education

High school diploma ± 4 years experience
