Job summary

Window Nation is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to conduct in-home presentations of our home improvement products and services. You will live the brand by presenting professionally, reflecting deep product knowledge, and ensuring a strong sales and post-sale customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in customer-facing sales, a valid driver's license, and comfort navigating iPad apps. This role offers a bi-weekly training salary, commissions, and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years selling in a customer-facing retail sales environment.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-qualified leads in a one-call-close environment.
• Listen to prospects and provide options that align with home improvement needs.
• Maintain CRM records and other customer-related documentation.
• Explain all aspects of home improvement projects, including pricing and next steps.
• Serve as liaison between customer and post-sale financing/contract teams.
