Window Nation is hiring Outside Sales Representatives to conduct in-home presentations of our home improvement products. You will live the brand, portraying product knowledge and ensuring the best sales and post-sale customer experience.

Responsibilities include managing pre-qualified leads, CRM maintenance, and aligning options with customer needs while staying abreast of industry trends and competition. Compensation blends training salary with commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years selling in a customer-facing retail sales environment.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-qualified leads in a one-call-close environment.
• Listen and present options that align with customer needs.
• Maintain CRM records and customer-related documentation.
• Explain all aspects of home improvement projects including pricing and timelines.
• Serve as liaison between customer and post-sale financing, changes, QA.
• Stay current on industry, market trends and competitor activity.
