Qualifications

• Must have a valid license in the state(s) of practice.
• Must have reliable transportation to patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Attend and represent physical therapy in patient care meetings as directed by the physical therapist.
• Ensure adherence to treatment schedules and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with rehab team to implement patient programs.
• Assist the Physical Therapist during tests, evaluations, and procedures.
• Instruct patients and caregivers in treatment techniques under supervision.
• Maintain documentation for all patients treated.
• Report equipment needs and maintain equipment as required.
• Prioritize patient service in a compassionate environment.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as established by the Physical Therapist.
• Provide treatments including therapeutic exercise, functional training, manual therapy, airway management, and other modalities.
