Job summary

Genesis HealthCare is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for mobile outpatient therapy in Manchester, NH and surrounding areas, delivering in-home rehab to older adults in ALF/ILF and community homes.

The role centers on evaluation, treatment, education, and coordination with caregivers, with opportunities for mentorship, CEUs, and visa sponsorship. A flexible schedule and travel across the U.S. are included in this full-time opportunity.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, or Master’s in PT-related field with a Bachelor’s in PT.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of PT experience as alternative.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home outpatient rehabilitation to older adults.
• Evaluate, treat, and develop PT programs to restore function.
• Refer to other disciplines as needed and coordinate care with caregivers.
• Educate patients and families; document and re-evaluate progress regularly.
• Supervise aides and maintain safety and quality in the home setting.
• Adapt plans of care based on patient needs and environment.
