Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient therapy in in-home and community-based settings. You will evaluate, treat, and document patient progress, coordinating with the rehab team to tailor plans for older adults and children in various environments.

Qualifications

• Must have ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Initial NBOT registration.
• Valid OT license in state of practice.
• Must have reliable transportation to patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient OT services in home-based settings.
• Organize and conduct OT programs in the home or community facilities.
• Coordinate with rehabilitation team to select appropriate therapy regimens.
• Document and bill promptly; attend related meetings.
• Promote safety and adapt plans based on patient needs.
